(1)22kw水泵對(duì)葉輪的需求：

　　·葉輪應(yīng)有滿足的強(qiáng)度和鋼度;

　　·流道形狀為契合液體流動(dòng)規(guī)則的流線型，液流速度分布均勻，流道阻力盡可能小，流道外表粗糙度較小;

　　·材料應(yīng)具有較好的耐磨性;

　　·葉輪應(yīng)具有杰出的靜平衡和動(dòng)平衡;

　　·布局簡(jiǎn)略，制作技術(shù)性好。22kw水泵的葉輪通常都是鑄造而成。

　　(2)22kw水泵葉輪的首要布局參數(shù)：

　　a.葉片準(zhǔn)葉輪進(jìn)、出口處的裝置角；

　　b.葉片數(shù)目；

　　22kw水泵葉輪的維修：葉輪的損壞方式通常為磨損或打壞，其緣由如下。

　?、偃~輪不平衡或裝置不妥，發(fā)作沖突所造成的。

　　②因?yàn)?2kw水泵軸曲折，泵軸與動(dòng)力機(jī)軸不同心，軸承或填料磨損太多，使葉輪晃動(dòng)，發(fā)作沖突。

　　③22kw水泵受泥沙、水流沖刷，磨損成溝槽或條痕。

　　④雜物被吸入葉輪中，打壞葉輪。

　?、莅l(fā)作汽蝕，發(fā)作蜂窩狀的空泛。

　　關(guān)于磨損太多、汽蝕嚴(yán)峻或被打壞的葉輪，通常應(yīng)換新葉輪，并消除導(dǎo)致磨損或打壞的各種緣由。

　　在部分損壞(如溝槽、空泛等)仍可運(yùn)用的情況下，可進(jìn)行焊補(bǔ)。

　　操作方法是：將焊件置于炭火上加熱到600℃左右，在焊補(bǔ)處掛錫，再用氣焊火焰把黃銅棒溶到溝槽或空泛中。焊完后移去炭火，用石棉板掩蓋保溫，使其漸漸冷卻，以防發(fā)作裂紋，待冷卻后再修平或銼光外表。有時(shí)，也可用環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂砂漿修補(bǔ)葉輪，特別對(duì)泥沙較多而使葉片磨損嚴(yán)峻的當(dāng)?shù)?，如果在整個(gè)被磨損的葉片上涂覆一層環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂砂漿，可收到比較好的作用。

　　修正后的22kw水泵葉輪應(yīng)進(jìn)行靜平衡試驗(yàn)。

　　Method of operation is: the welding on a charcoal fire heating to 600 ℃, in welding at the hanging tin welding flame,then the brass rods dissolved into trenches or vague in. After welding to remove the charcoal, with asbestos boardcover insulation, it gradually cooling, to prevent the onset of crack, after cooling and then repair flat or smoothappearance. Sometimes, can also be used epoxy resin mortar repair impeller, especially to the blade wear sediment more severe local, if coated with a layer of epoxy resin mortar in the worn blades, can receive better effect.
